This wonderfully furnished, three-bedroom apartment with a terrace, has been constructed to provide a relaxing and comfortable stay for our guests. The convenient and safe location provides easy access to the best areas for dining, clubbing, sightseeing, relaxing on the beach, and much more. The attractive interior design presents comfortable yet modish furniture, tiled and wood flooring, and a light color scheme throughout the apartment. Classic white walls and over-sized windows give off a bright and spacious feel. Also, a beautiful view of Barcelona can be enjoyed from right inside your living room.

There are three single beds, one double bed and a baby cot distributed throughout the three bedrooms of this apartment, allowing 5 people to stay here comfortably.

The sitting area is made up of a comfortable sofa along with a TV, DVD, and stereo. A balcony is located off of the main room, where you can experience the views.

A fully equipped kitchen has been renovated with new appliances, including a washer, oven, microwave, and much more to make every meal easy to prepare and enjoy.

The two fully tiled bathrooms display a sizeable up-to-date walk-in-shower, adequate lighting, and a large mirror. Fresh towels and linens are provided.

This comfortable and spacious apartment is located in a newly constructed area of Barcelona´s traditional neighborhoods and is just ten minutes away by metro from the downtown Barcelona.

In just a short walk you will encounter many shops and restaurants which conveniently provide you with all you need for a great vacation. Also, this more tranquil neighborhood allows our guests to relax while enjoying the beautiful view and soothing sounds of the sea. Mar Bella, one of the well-known beaches in town, is just a short walk away from this lovely Barcelona apartment.
