The features in this extremely modern apartment play with the old and new. Located close to the Barceloneta beach and only a short metro ride to the city ventre, this bright Barcelona apartment is perfect for a small group of friends or a family of four. The fantastically restored original ceiling contrasts beautifully with the retro-style upholstery and the brand-new wooden floors. This mix of cultures is perfectly accompanied by the large windows in the living room and bedrooms.

The kitchen is compact but well designed with the same unique retro style found throughout this apartment, and a washing machine, fridge/freezer, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, and juicer are provided.

The living area has plenty of light, and the rocking chair adds a feeling of comfort and familiarity along with the funky leather sofa. The color scheme in the living area is excellently carried through the rest of the apartment, in the main bedroom, and the kitchen also.

There is balcony which is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sun or perhaps having breakfast before heading out for the day.

The master bedroom has a double bed, mirror and two nightstands with lamps, while the other bedroom has two single beds.

The bathroom is tiled and bright, with a sizeable walk-in shower.

The location of the flat is excellent and makes it hard not to sample all the nearby bars and restaurants, just a couple of minutes away by foot.
